GDPR Privacy Notice

As a patient of West London Osteopaths (WLO), we are writing to state our policy to advise how we as a company will be handling your data to comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The personal data we collect about you will include data relating to your name, address, date of birth, wider contact details and data relating to your health. We will process your personal data to allow us to provide you with our services as Osteopaths, Western Medical Acupuncture, Pilates classes and Deep Tissue Massage and Nutritional advise.

Your data will also be used to manage future communications between us including about our services. You can opt out from receiving such communications services at any time by emailing info@westlondonosteopaths.co.uk

The Data Controller at West London Osteopaths is David Tatton, Osteopath. Your data will be used by the Osteopaths at the practice: David Tatton, Shambhu Manandhar and Hannah Lougee. The records shall be kept for at least 8 years following the last occasion on which treatment was given. In the case of treatment to minors, records be kept or at least 7 years after they reach the age of majority (18), i.e. 25 years of age.

Your data is kept on paper record cards at WLO under lock and key and is only available to your osteopath.
