Massage and Reflexology

Anabel is a massage and reflexology specialist with 16 years of experience. She focuses on treating chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions such as neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, sciatica, soft tissue injuries, and headaches/migraines. Additionally, she helps clients manage stress and anxiety, and provides support during pregnancy. Trained in the Jing Method of advanced clinical massage, which combines soft tissue and massage techniques to address chronic pain, she also offers feet and face reflexology. Anabel is a member of the Complementary Therapist Association (CThA) and is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

She has just began her Pilates Teacher Training Certification to further help her clients.
